Would not go anywhere else in Winona for a cut. Cheapest prices in town and they do a good job most of the time. Had way too many poor cuts at the Cost Cutters on the other side of...

Great place to just walk in and get a hair cut. I take my son here all the time. Great price! The young blonde girl does a wonderful job!
