I have been continusiouly practcing massage in Fergus Falls, MN since 1996.

I specialize in helping your feeling better. What does that mean to you? I will recommend and use the proper type of massage to help you meet your goals. I will return your inquiries promptly (usually within one hour) and answer your questions toughly. I practice several modalities of massage including Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Swedish, Seated Chair Massage, Therapeutic Massage and more. I always customize each massage to the needs of the client. Myofascial Release is a very effective hands-on technique that provides sustained pressure into myofascial restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion. The theory of Myofascial Release requires an understanding of the fascial system (or connective tissue). The fascia is a specialized system of the body that has an appearance similar to a spider's web or a sweater. The use of Myofascial Release allows us to look at each patient as a unique individual. Our one-on-one therapy sessions are hands-on treatment.
