Hastings City Hall

Hastings City Hall is comprised of various departments, including police, fire, public works, engineering, finance, recycling, code enforcement, building safety, economic development, historic preservation, planning, and parks and recreation. It also houses the office of the city mayor. The city hall s finance department provides accounts receivable, budget, payroll, and financial accounting and reporting services. Hastings City Hall s engineering department is responsible for designing and managing street and utility reconstruction projects, erosion control inspections, infrastructure mapping and record keeping, as well as issuing permits for construction.
