History
Harvey's was established in 1937. It was previously a Barber Shop which was in existence for 77 years. Carver was placed on the National Register of Historical Places in 1980. Harvey's is the only Bar in Carver that has had same name for over 78 years. We're pretty laid back and a lot of fun!
Specialties
We specialize in Burgers, but our Wraps and Salads are excellent also.

Probably the best food out of all the bars in Carver, love or I used to love dollar burger night. I'm not sure if it's still exist but if it does, I would love to know.

We tried Harvey's for lunch after shopping at Fleet Farm near by, and really enjoyed ourselves. We ordered the Protein Burger (burger with bacon, American cheese, and a fried egg) with tater tots...

Place is great. It was pretty busy with a meat raffle and horse race bingo. Staff was extremely attentive with all of that going on, and food was excellent.

Great service and food! Can't wait to return and sit on the patio. It can get busy, but overall gave a great local atmosphere!
