When you go to this restaurant it is seat yourself and order via QR code. Our server stopped by once at the beginning bringing us water, brought our drinks, and food, but said less then 10 words...

While I would absolutely take the trip up to this spot for the views and a drink. I would skip the food. The server seemed to be overwhelmed with a fairly empty restaurant and we did have to wait...

Food: nah. Service: pleasant. Ambiance: needs refreshing, but the views are worth it all!!! Slow spin and see the entire city!! They need an infusion of cash!

The view was very nice. Staffing was short handed and food wasn't great. Had a bottle of wine to share with my sister. That was good. Nice selection of wines
