Got my first cut with Brittany. My ends were very damaged . Since I'm trying to grow out my short cut, she cut as little as possible and shaped the cut just as I requested. I'll be going back.

the first two cuts I had were great after that terrible. Perhaps they can talk less and see the work they are doing. I suggest they do some schooling and get brushed up. I'm not going back.

Really like Kristen's cuts and a very nice person. Great with pixies!
