HistoryRadical Recovery Counseling was founded in 2018 by Leane LaFrance, an addiction counselor and person living in long-term recovery and her sister Olivia, a life-long supporter and active participant in Leane's recovery journey. Leane began her career working as a Chemical Dependency Technician in a high-intensity residential program and was the agency Treatment Director when she departed to found Radical Recovery Counseling.SpecialtiesA chemical dependency assessment or chemical evaluation is used to determine if someone has has a problem with alcohol or drugs. An assessment will include an interview with a licensed addiction counselor to review the impact of use on the individual's daily life and relationships. Often times a person will be court-ordered to complete the evaluation as part of their legal recommendations for DUI/DWI or other court infractions.
