The premiere Shakespeare Festival in the Southern Minnesota, Western Wisconsin, Northern Iowa region. The Festival takes place every summer at the WSU Performing Arts Center in Winona MN, from late June until early August. In addition to three main stage shows performed in repertory, the festival offers events, company conversations, talk-backs, education programs and more. This isn't just some of the best classical theater you're likely to see in the rural Northwest, it's some of the best classical theater you're likely to see anywhere. Great place.
