It's a tiny park, really just a lookout but totally worth the stop! A half mile climb up many stairs but totally worth the view of the river valley and lock and dam.

This park doesn't jump out at you from the road, there is a sign a half mile before the hidden entrance... Watch for it. We walked the stairs and trail to the top for an awesome view, it's totally...
