It's close, haircuts OK, but the last three times I've been there I've given a $2.00 tip, each time without a "thank you" from the stylist.

Staff was unfriendly, my son is autistic and has sensory issues, the woman who cut his hair was borderline rude and aggressive in her tone when speaking to him. Will not be coming back.

I used the online check in. Was supposed to be 9 minutes. Turned out to be over 30 minutes. Walk-ins were put before my name. I have been to other stores and they do not do this crap. Ridiculous.

I went to get a hair cut earlier today and she took literally five minutes and messed up my hair. She did not Cut it right and she left long hairs and short hairs around my head and neck Also...
