I have dealt with and donated much to Goodwill over the years but my experience with the Plymouth location 9/12/25 was appalling. I hade four bags of clothes/purses/shoes/housewares to donate....

What a great place. The staff is awesome and so helpful. Everything is clean, organized, and stuff all the time. It's a great place to shop.

Easy location easy parking to enter but not that intuitive to exit. The place was clean and I love the colors of the walls and the place was flooded with light. The clothes and items were OK.

The place is a disaster. 1/3 of items are empty packages and everything is priced insane. $30 for used shoes $25 for used leggings that had someone's cooter in it. Baby shoes $20. Baby clothing...
