Established in 1995, Oak Hills Living Center is a provider of nursing care services to seniors in the City of New Ulm and surrounding communities. Located in New Ulm, Minn., it offers an array of services, such as assistance with activities of daily living, laundry, housekeeping and maintenance assistance for residents, barber/beautician services, nursing services and care. Additionally, the center provides physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Oak Hills Living Center is home to more than 125 seniors in both the skilled nursing facility and assisted living apartments.

Ecumen Home Care provides medical and non-medical services to those living in Blue Earth, Le Sueur, Nicollet, Waseca and Watonwan counties. Services include light housekeeping, help with meal preparation, dressing and grooming, medication management, therapies, and much more. We accept Medicare, Medical Assistance, Veterans Benefits, Health Insurance, and Private Pay. Ecumen is an award-winning nonprofit senior housing and services provider with over 160 years of experience.

Bethesda is a not-for-profit social ministry organization dedicated to serving seniors in West Central Minnesota through residential and community-based health and wellness services. Bethesda has been caring for seniors for more than 100 years! Today, we provide a full continuum of care, including skilled nursing care, short-stay therapy centers, home health care, outpatient therapy, independent and assisted living, adult day services, and wellness center.As a licensed skilled nursing and assisted-living facility, Bethesda must follow state and federal regulations regarding our operations.
