Operational for more than 110 years, Augustana Care is an elder care services center with over 800 nursing home beds and nearly 1,000 senior housing units. Based in Hastings, Minn., it provides a number of care services and programs, including aquatic therapy, assisted living, chaplaincy program, health and wellness centers, home modification, in-home care, independent living, long term care, massage therapy and memory care, to name a few. Some of its therapy services and programs include contract therapy, rehab consulting, access solutions and wellness programs, among others. Augustana Care is also associated with Equal Housing Opportunity.

Established in 1959, Minnesota Valley Health Center is a nonprofit health care facility. The center is a 22-bed acute care hospital, offering surgical services, such as ultrasound, mammography, CT scan, magnetic resonance imaging, and electro and cardiac diagnostics. The health care services also include inpatient physical and occupational therapies, same-day surgery and critical care unit. The center operates nursing home, offering more than 85 beds, with private and double rooms. The unit provides 24-hour professional nursing care, and also offers services, including comprehensive rehabilitation program, psychological and diagnostic services, snack bar activities program. Minnesota Valley Health Center provides outpatient services in areas, such as cardiology, dermatology, urology, physical therapy and occupational therapy. Hospice services offered by the center include 24-hour, seven-days a week, on-call nursing services, medical equipment and personal care. The hospital also has adult day health center, and is located in Le Sueur, Minn.
