The academy aims to serve a maximum of 600 to 700 students, with classes averaging 35 students, and focuses on hiring well-trained faculty from the local University of Buea. The institution not only promotes educational inclusivity but also emphasizes community engagement and support, encouraging contributions to enhance the learning environment.
