We opened in 2019 named after Frank Nicotra, a former resident of Jones-Harrison. His passion for food and world travel inspired the creation of our little cafe.

Frank's Cafe specialized in serving our community, staff, residents and their families. We are small but mighty, offering a diverse menu with many options to choose from. We will always do our best to accomodate special requests.

Currently closed for the foreseeable future a sign stated. It is inside the Jones Harrison home but is a delightful spot I would love to visit since it is near to me.
