Step back in time by visiting our 100 year old bakery! Franke's Bakery is a family owned bakery since 1914 in heart of downtown Montgomery and the middle of Czech Country. Kolacky are our specialty! They are filled with the traditional Czech flavors of prune, poppy seed and apricot as well as apple and raspberry. We are known for our breads, rolls and donuts made from scratch. The food was okay. The donut was not very fresh enough but kolackys were great. The service was very nice though too. I would recommend this place if you really want kolackys
