Frank B. Norberg, MD

Dr. Koch specializes in orthopedic hand surgery and has a certificate of added qualification in hand surgery from the American Society for Surgery of the Hand. Prior to joining Twin Cities Orthopedics, she served four years in the U.S. Air Force at David Grant Medicine Center, Travis Air Force Base, in California. When not practicing medicine, Dr. Koch and her husband, a Hennepin County judge, are busy keeping up with the activities of their two children. Corey A. Wulf, MD, provides specialty care in orthopedic sports medicine. Dr. Wulf performs arthroscopic surgery of the shoulder and knee such as shoulder instability, rotator cuff tears, meniscus tears, and ACL tears. Dr. Wulf also provides care for athletic hip injuries. Dr. Wulf has an interest in multi-ligament knee reconstruction and cartilage transplant. Dr. Wulf also provides general orthopedic services which includes fracture care and joint replacement surgery. Edward Kelly, MD, MBA, joined Twin Cities Orthopedics in 2002. He specializes in arthritic, traumatic, and sports injuries to the shoulder, elbow and knee. He is trained in the Tenex Health TX procedure. Dr. Kelly has published several papers and is fellowship trained in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder and elbow. He has a certificate of added qualifications in sports medicine and has served as a faculty member for the MOSMI Sports Medicine fellowship program since 2009. Dr. Kelly also serves as the lead team physician for the University of St. Thomas men’s and women’s athletic teams. Dr. Kelly is an advocate of high-value health care – providing patients with the highest quality medical experience while being cost conscious.
