HistoryDawn Ulrich-Spitzer started Mankato Mental Health with two other therapists. It has grown over the last 6 years to 7 therapists and 1 prescriber.SpecialtiesWe are an outpatient mental health clinic that offers help with depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse and other addictions, eating disorders, as well as other mental health issues. We are LGBTQ friendly. We have a staff of 8, and are able to work with children through adults. We also have 2 therapists trained in EMDR, and 2 therapists who are registered play therapists.

The Sioux Trails Mental Health Center offers various health care services for the emotional, physical and behavioral development of patients with mental disorders. Established in 1967, the center offers a range of rehabilitative and mental health care services for children, adults and senior citizens. It offers several psychiatric services, as well as publishes online newsletters on health-related issues. The Sioux Trails Mental Health Center is located in New Ulm, Minn. The center has a team of psychologists, psychiatrists, social workers and support staff. It provides individual and group and marriage and family therapies. Additionally, The Sioux Trails Mental Health Center offers assessment, evaluation, consulting and emergency care services.
