Eric M. Deal, MD

Etasha M. Bhatt, MD, is a hand surgery fellowship-trained surgeon who specializes in the treatment of hand, wrist, and elbow conditions. She completed her undergraduate degree in biochemistry, biophysics, and molecular biology at Whitman College and went on to attend medical school at the University of Washington. She completed her Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the University of Minnesota, followed by the Minnesota Hand Surgery Fellowship. After fellowship, she practiced in Washington state prior to moving back to Minnesota to be closer to family.

Gregory L. Scallon, MD, was raised in central Iowa and trained throughout the Midwest. His undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering from Northwestern University set him on the path toward orthopedic surgery. Dr. Scallon completed medical training at the University of Iowa College of Medicine, residency at the University of Minnesota, and his Foot and Ankle Fellowship in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He and his wife, who is also an orthopedic surgeon, have two young boys. Dr. Scallon enjoys spending time outdoors, gardening, biking, playing instruments, and woodworking. Dr. Scallon's primary clinical focus is on the diagnosis and treatment of lower extremity disorders. This includes malalignment, sports injuries, trauma, and fractures. This requires a personal connection between Dr. Scallon and his patients to understand their goals and find the best solution.
