History

Since 1976, Mary and Joe Eichten started making Dutch Gouda on the family farm. Since then they created 13 varieties Gouda Cheese, Gouda Spreads, and Mary's Tilsit. Also on the farm, we added the bison. A natural meat to compliment the natural cheeses.
