History

ExercisAbilities was founded by Melanie Brennan, PT, DPT after 15+ years of experience in the neurologic rehabilitation field showed her that our current system was missing the long term needs of our patients. Many of her clients gained function, skills, and strength during physical therapy, but it was very hard for them to continue their own therapy once insurance payment ended. Due to this, they would usually return later weaker, with pain and less functional than when they stopped PT. She decided to do something about this and found ExercisAbilities to allow patients easy community access to all therapies, but also to have options for life long wellness that are safe, effective, and tailored to their needs for activities and level of expert assistance.
