Dr. Dulek is committed to partnering with her patients on their journey to mental wellness, and strongly believes in the power of holistic intervention and collaboration. While medication can be an important part of recovery and staying well, it is only one piece of the puzzle that is health. She combines medication management and individual therapy in such a way that it allows patients and family to feel heard, validated and comfortable in a non-judgmental space. She can teach you coping skills and mindfulness strategies as well as grounding techniques, and is genuinely a good listener.
