Terrible location, employee in back room not attentive. When I ordered the blizzard, it was mixed too quickly, and it tasted bland. The pumpkin pie mix was little if none and was charged 8 dollars...

0 stars I've never been treated so rudely, will never return to the DQ on White Bear Ave. The price increase was bad enough but the woman taking my order was the worst!
