At CrossFit Mendota, we train anyone who is dedicated to improving or strengthening their fitness; from soldiers to housewives to students. Goals amongst our members vary from triathlon training to regaining control of their overall health. Crossfit is for EVERYONE, regardless of their individual goals. We incorporate many sport modalities into the workouts, incl. Olympic lifting, kettlebell training, gymnastics & running. Simply put, CrossFit has proven itself to be the most effective way to workout. The CrossFit approach is comprehensive, and the skills our trainers teach go beyond the workout routine or facility itself. We teach you how to move your body to get the fitness results you desire, not how to manipulate an overpriced machine.
