Creative Partnership North

Since 1971, Rise is a private, nonprofit corporation that assists people with disabilities develop and enhance their vocational self-sufficiency and productivity. It serves people with mental health, developmental, physical, emotional, sensory, learning, traumatic and acquired brain injuries and other related disabilities. The organization offers person-centered career planning, vocational training, job placement, supported employment and housing support services. It also provides vocational rehabilitation, transitional housing and outreach services to homeless people. Rise is a part of the Work In Progress AmeriCorps Program in partnership with Opportunity Partners, AccessAbility, Lifetrack Resources and Kaposia. Rise is located in Minneapolis and operates more than 15 other locations throughout Minnesota.
