History

Built in 1917 the building was opened as the Kasson Hotel. Remodeled in 1975, the building was transformed from 22 hotel/boarding rooms into studio, 1 & 2 bedroom apartments. The exterior was tuck pointed and refurbished in 2007. New vinyl insulated windows were installed in 2008.
