Timothy Panek, MD, is a board certified orthopedic surgeon who also holds a subspecialty certification in sports medicine. He has previously served as team physician for a decade at Mahtomedi High School. He maintains an active practice in sports medicine as well as hip and knee replacement surgery and he was previously the medical director of Twin Cities Orthopedics East Metro. Sam W. Carlson, MD, is a fellowship-trained hip and knee replacement surgeon who specializes in direct anterior total hip replacement and complex hip and knee revision surgery. Dr. Carlson completed his Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN, where he had the privilege of working alongside world-renowned hip and knee arthroplasty leaders. He then completed a year of subspecialty training at Indiana University. In Indiana, he developed an expertise in rapid recovery protocols that facilitate outpatient hip and knee replacement while simultaneously expanding his training in revision surgery.

Eric C. Busse, MD, is a fellowship-trained orthopedic surgeon with expertise in primary and revision joint replacement. His surgical interests include complex primary hip and knee replacement, partial and total knee replacement, and minimally invasive surgical techniques including direct anterior total hip arthroplasty. He is also interested in trauma care and surgical management of a variety of fractures in both lower and upper extremities.
