disorganized, understaffed, chaotic, unsanitary. I can see why the employees don't have patience. It's also ridiculously difficult to locate, no signage.

This place it terrible. You will die here. 0 stars. Tell your employer to find any other place to book your testing. I'd rather find a different job than come here again.

Gone in for Drug screening, Physical, Eye test, Hearing test, at 1:30pm for 3rd rated crappy job, didn't get out until 4:30pm, and there was only 3-4 People/Patients in clinic total at that time...
