From our beginnings in 1906 as a Christian home for the elderly to a flourishing nonprofit organization with continuum-of-care options for older adults, Lyngblomsten remains true to its Christian mission of compassionate care and innovative services for older adults. Today, Lyngblomsten offers independent housing with services, short-term rehabilitative care and long-term healthcare, along with a variety of outreach programs for seniors living in their homes or apartments. A myriad of opportunities to volunteer, to donate, and to serve in an advisory capacity await those who wish to get involved with Christian ministry to seniors. The Lyngblomsten Care Center provides 24-hour skilled nursing care and supportive services through short-term rehabilitative care and long-term care. Our staff are dedicated to preserving dignity and as much independence and decision-making as possible for residents who need a high level of assistance.
