Community-St Martin Ministries

The Community of St. Martin, established in the fall of 1984 in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis, is an ecumenical Christian community that emphasizes active nonviolence, justice, and peace. Rooted in Scripture, the community practices loving hospitality and stewardship of resources while inviting all who share their values to join in worship and ministry.

In response to societal issues, the Community of St. Martin has publicly condemned racism and white supremacy, affirming the dignity of all individuals, particularly Black, Indigenous, and People of Color. Committed to pursuing justice and peace, the community actively works to dismantle systemic racism in all its forms through collaboration and reflection.
