Their version of a pancake called a flapper is wonderful. Order one with fresh fruit and add their sage sausage patties for a delicious meal. I have never had a boring meal there.

Pancake was okay, a bit too sweet and thick. Love that they have real maple syrup. The bacon cream cheese omelet was good! Not a fan of their toast, can do lots better. I had the pumpernickel....
