HistoryTrenti Training began as a one woman show pioneered by a passionate and driven woman named Courtney Trenti. With the help of her zealous grandfather John and the grit and determination of one of her client's Amber, Courtney set out on a path to bring about total body wellness to each session in a way that wasn't be offered in traditional gyms. Courtney was brining much more than a workout; she was giving people the tools to completely transform their lives: soul - mind - then body. Over the course of five years, Courtney has educated a new team of trainers. What began as a in-home personal training service expanded to a home-gym base in Arden Hills. We are so happy to be partnered with E-Street Flats. Not only that, Trenti Training has added on two new personal trainers: Paul and Jesse who have just as much experience, passion and excitement to help other people as Courtney does.SpecialtiesIn-home or at the gym, we at Trenti Training offer 100% customized personal training and nutrition coaching for you. Each workout at the Trenti Training gym is creative, unique and customized to your own fitness level. We start by putting each trainee through an assessment to get a baseline for strength, endurance and body composition. From there - we create your individualized training layout! Not only that, we can come to you! One of our favorite services we offer is in-home training. That's right; we are mobile! We can bring all of our portable equipment right to you. Our trainers take the 'limited time factor' out of working out. You can get a fantastic training session right in the comfort and connivance of your own home. We INVEST 100% in YOU. We give you the tools, the accountability, the motivation and the PUSH to make sure you achieve the lifestyle you hope to achieve. This is not a quick fix solution; this is a LIFESTYLE program.
