Formerly with a traditional real estate agency, broker Renei Schmitz began this Exclusive Buyers Agency over 20 years ago with the mission to advocate exclusively for Buyers. She and other like-minded brokers across the country joined NAEBA, the National Association of Exclusive Buyer Agents, designed to level the playing field in real estate transactions for the Buyer and to eliminate Dual Agency. Most Buyers, regardless of their internet search capabilities, do not know what they don't know about real estate transactions. Since each transaction is unique, I help Buyers by opening their eyes to all the potential pitfalls, eliminate Dual Agency from the transaction, and, advocate on behalf of the Buyer to ensure that they get a fair and equitable deal as well as a safe and healthy home.
