City Center Falcons
City Center Falcons, located at 33 South Sixth Street in Minneapolis, MN, is dedicated to hosting Peregrine Falcons in a specially designed hackbox established in 1985. The initiative, in collaboration with the Midwest Peregrine Society, aims to contribute to the repopulation of these birds throughout North America, having successfully fledged 80 falcons from their nest box over the years.
Every spring, the City Center becomes a temporary home for these magnificent birds, providing a unique opportunity for the public to observe and learn about the Peregrine Falcon population. The project highlights the importance of conservation efforts and showcases the building's commitment to wildlife preservation.
