Child Support Enforcement

The Transition Support Systems Division is a state division that operates under the government of the city of St Paul, Minn. The division offers medical assistance services, such as immunization, family planning, mental health and hospice care. It also provides personal care, support, transportation, dental care, and alcohol and drug addiction-related treatment services. In addition, the Transition Support Systems Division offers the Minnesota Food Assistance Program, which includes financial assistance for low-income individuals and families. The division is a unit of the Minnesota Department of Human Services, which provides child support enforcement, crisis management, assessment and vocational training services.
