Knute Nelson, also known as KN, is a nonprofit, Christian-based organization that provides a range of medical services for senior citizens. Established in 1948, it offers long-term care, assisted living and rehabilitative solutions. The organization also provides hospice and respite care services and wellness programs. Knute Nelson operates Knute Nelson Care Center and Knute Nelson Wellness Center. It additionally has the Knute Nelson Foundation. The organization offers various volunteer opportunities. Knute Nelson also features a beauty shop, care center and library. It has a staff of more than 300 individuals. The organization also provides a variety of therapeutic treatment solutions.

For over 50 years, Country Manor Campus has been recognized as a leader in superior health care and services. Country Manor first opened its doors over 50 years ago as a modest 64 bed nursing facility. Since then, Country Manor Campus has transformed into multiple campuses, spanning over 160 acres, boasting a senior housing and health care community unlike any other in Central Minnesota.
