Central Minnesota Housing Partnership (CMHP) is a regional non-profit organization dedicated to preserving, improving, and increasing affordable housing in Central Minnesota. With over 30 years of experience, CMHP manages and develops multi-family properties throughout 16 counties in MN, offering full-service property management and maintenance services. They also work collaboratively with communities and partners to create affordable multifamily housing and provide rehabilitation programs to homeowners, rental property owners, and commercial property owners.

CMHP is actively involved in the Central Minnesota Continuum of Care (CoC), a network of organizations, residents, and businesses working together to alleviate homelessness in 13 counties. They provide assessment and referral tools for Coordinated Entry providers and strive to address the housing needs of low and moderate-income households. Through their innovative programs and services, CMHP continues to make a positive impact on the accessibility and availability of affordable housing in Central Minnesota.
