Carmines just opened second restaurant in Bloomington. Great location at 98th St and Normandale. Wonderful Italian food with great service from Rachel. We came at 5:30 and were seated promptly....

Several unfortunate experiences will keep me from ever going back and i will not recommend Carmine's ever. Carmine's staff offers bread and butter with any food order but in my last three visits...
