Caribou corporate worked with us to get this problem resolved. I was able to talk to the general manager and their customer service and they helped make this right. I'd give them another shot.

Worst customer service ever. Not impressed by the attitudes of the workers. I would recommend going to the other one in Big Lake or the ones in Monticello. I will no longer be coming to this caribou.
