Been going to Carbones on the avenue for 25-30 years. The oldest ovens make the best crust. It's a neighborhood spot that beats all the others by a landslide. Even the other Carbones aren't as good.

Mahtomedi's Carbone's Pizza is that best and has been that way the 1980's. Guy job guys. I'm a costumer for life.
