Capriotti's began in 1976 in Wilmington, Delaware. Even though sandwich shops were abundant in the area, the Capriotti's team had a dream of creating something unique - a sandwich for "real turkey lovers." To achieve this, they started roasting whole fresh turkeys overnight. This concept instantly set them apart from their competition and still does to this day.
