DARTS, also known as Dakota Area Resources and Transportation for Seniors, provides professionally coordinated home-help services and transportation for Dakota County in Minnesota. It is a volunteer-based organization and has been serving seniors and their families for more than 30 years. DARTS publishes various informational and supportive publications throughout the year, including the DARTS Tidbits newsletter for all DARTS supporters, the Keeping in Touch newsletter for family caregivers and the Connecting Volunteers newsletter for volunteers. The organization provides Adobe PDF files of its publications that can be downloaded. It also offers modern scheduling and dispatching; full-service vehicle maintenance garage; professional driver training classes and other classes for transportation professionals; and consulting services. DARTS is located in West St. Paul, Minn.
