I stayed early October. Excellent value! Very quiet and nice porch to sit on in the evening. Highly recommended. Cookies in the morning 5 stars.

Whether you are coming to explore the town or heading into the BWCA for an adventure, the Canoe On Inn is THE PLACE TO STAY! We are located on the west end of town, within walking distance to most shops and local restaurants. All of our rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, air conditioning, coffee maker, television, free wifi, hairdryer and boot warmers. Pulling a boat, snowmobile or ATV?? NO problem!!! We have ample parking next to the hotel and in our lower lot. Complementary Gene Hicks coffee and Brainstorm Bakery cookies are available in the lobby daily starting at 7am.
