The Minnesota Community Capital Fund (MCCF) is a nonprofit organization based in Minnetonka, MN, that offers local communities and economic development organizations in Greater Minnesota an innovative development financing resource. Through the pooling of underutilized local Revolving Loan Fund (RLF) capital, MCCF provides participants with greater lending flexibility, professional fund management services, and the capability to offer larger loans than would be possible with limited local resources.

MCCF has been actively supporting rural Minnesota since its establishment in early 2003, providing loans for various projects in member communities. With a strong demand for its loans, MCCF has approved over 27 loans totaling more than $6 million in its first 18 months of operations. Supported by a $250,000 grant from the Blandin Foundation, MCCF aims to play a significant role in financing affordable housing and business development, allowing communities to actively participate in their own economic growth.
