I try to bath my dog twice a month. I have gone to bubbly paws 5 times since August and a sign hangs on the door saying Self Service is Closed today. Drying room is not kept up to be clean....

Clean and staff was helpful and pleasant. My dog was happy and no issues at all. They give plenty of shampoo and conditioner, along with supplies to clean your dogs, ears and teeth.

DONT ever show up an hour before they close, they won't let you in and just stare at you through the door. I was there at 5 pm tonight, they closed at 6. The door was locked and they were standing...

Too many last minute cancellations to count. If the appointment actually happens as scheduled, and you find a groomer you really like, they won't be working there next time. Completely unreliable...
