Truly what the hell is this undercooked, unseasoned bagel???? And for $7 too this is insane. Idk what happened but the quality has declined exponentially in recent years and I will not be back.

Came in person and actually enjoyed my sandwich personally! loved that its connected to a Caribou coffeeshop, so you're able to get a sandwich as well as a cup of coffee.

I would give a zero star if that was an option... I stopped in today at 1:45pm (after driving in the snow storm) to ask for an Asiago bagel with jalapeño cream cheese.. aware that there was one...

This place is a joke....... worse customer service I have ever had! Stay away from this location.. today I walked in Bruegger's and when I asked the guy how his day was going he said "dead inside"...
