I describe this shop as a "Fast food bagel shop." They do a great job here and I have even enjoyed these bagels from Publix Supermarkets in Florida. I am a Long Island, NY guy and very fussy...

Very slow staff I just ordered 4 bagels and it took an extremely long time . I asked for them to be sliced and none were sliced . Plus I was charged $2.00 more at this visit compared to the day...
