Customer service was very good and bagel was good , coffee was just okay. We were able to change our purchase from water to orange juice with no problems

I describe this shop as a "Fast food bagel shop." They do a great job here and I have even enjoyed these bagels from Publix Supermarkets in Florida. I am a Long Island, NY guy and very fussy...
