It was very disappointing and difficult to locate my operative report. I think they could use a better system. I was also disappointed that they had information in my medical record wrong.

From here on out I will go back to the cities for all my health care. Not only was I not satisfied with the care at this facility, I was charged $4381.50 for less than 2 minutes in a surgery room....
