My wool jacket was nicely cleaned but it REEKED of cigarette smoke. The price was great but I will never use them or recommend them to anyone.

I live in a Condo where Bloomington Cleaners is SUPPOSED to pick up on Tuesday and drop off on Thursday. Their service (pick up and drop off) is unreliable and I reached the last straw today...
