Tucked toward the back of the recently renamed Hilton, Bistro 79 is a spacious little hotel bar/restaurant. The waitstaff is fairly attentive albeit maybe a little slow and a bit too "humorous"...

Great service. I am a vegetarian and only non meat dishes were veggie pizza, salad, or humus - none are meals - I ordered and entree without the meat...very accommodating and much appreciated-...

Delicious burger and fries! Nice friendly experience. Clean and new environment. Nice not having to leave the Hilton to grab a bite
